CHAAK Kitchen is a Michelin-rated, fine dining restaurant offering a unique, high-energy environment with a focus on incredible food, thoughtful service, and a strong team dynamic. We're currently hiring for the following positions:

1. HOST
-What We're Looking For:
--A warm, friendly, and welcoming personality - a true people person
-Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
-Comfort handling a busy shift with constant guest interaction and phone management
-Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
-Experience seating guests, setting tables, managing Open Table or similar systems
-Someone guests trust and appreciate as their first and last impression

2. Bartender
What We're Looking For:
-3+ years experience is a must!
-Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in precision and prep
-Passionate about crafting thoughtful, elevated cocktails using unique spirits, house-made syrups, and fresh, seasonal ingredients
-Strong prep skills: batching, juicing, and ingredient management are essential for success
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on consistency and presentation
-Confidence interacting with guests and guiding them through our distinctive beverage program
-Collaborative team players who can communicate clearly with both front and back of house
-A deep appreciation for guest experience, every drink should complement the exceptional food and reflect the spirit of Chaak Kitchens Michelin-rated standard

3. SERVER
Minimum Requirements:
-At least 3 years of fine dining experience - Non-negotiable
-Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
-Professionalism, polish, and grace under pressure
-Passion for creating a memorable guest experience
-Ability to multitask and maintain control of your section
-Flexible availability - nights and weekends required
