Luxury Wares Steward - Emeril's New Orleans

The orderly operation of our restaurant relies on the hard work of our dedicated ware washers. Our Luxury ware washers not only wash dishes, but also polish our luxury dishes and ensure that the FOH staff is well stocked with silverware. The Luxury Ware Steward is also responsible for general cleaning, trash removal and maintaining the cleanliness of other physical property and fixtures in and about the restaurant.
