Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Table Games team, the Table Games Dealer School Candidate is a CRCR Ambassador, and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Table Games Dealer School is an opportunity to learn dealing skills at one of the most welcoming properties. No experience needed, just a great attitude! Once hired, the Table Games Dealer is responsible for efficiently operating assigned Casino games, ensuring a lively and enjoyable gaming atmosphere for players.

Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Master the skills of dealing table games under the guidance provided in Dealer School.
• Adhere to Table Games policies, procedures, and internal controls, maintaining a steadfast commitment to their guidelines.
• Facilitate the exchange of currency for gaming chips, ensuring all wagers fall within the designated minimum and maximum table limits.
• Guarantee proper placement of bets before card dealing, executing efficient and accurate shuffling and dealing techniques.
• Handle chips with precision and speed, presenting hands in a clear and easily readable manner.
• Manage the payment of winning bets and collection of losing bets, safeguarding the security and integrity of the game.
• Efficiently deal and manage various Casino games, such as blackjack and poker variants, following established rules and procedures.
• Capacity to make prompt and sound decisions, especially under pressure.
• Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds when interacting with players.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods.
• Capability to assess situations, foresee potential issues, and devise effective solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Completion of a dealer training program provided by the Casino or an external institution.
• Strong mathematical knowledge to calculate odds, probabilities, and payouts accurately.
• Manual dexterity to handle cards, chips, and equipment with precision.

Preferred qualifications:
• Prior experience as a dealer.
• Familiarity with Casino games, rules, and procedures.
