Job Title: Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant Advisory Office
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-site)
Schedule: 8-5pm
Are you detail-oriented and looking to grow your career in a professional advisory office setting? We are seeking a motivated Operations Support Specialist for a contingent resource role in our Indianapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative, clerical, or receptionist experience to contribute to a dynamic operations team.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine administrative and operational support within an advisory office.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document handling, and appointment coordination.
Act as front-desk coverage, greeting visitors and managing basic client inquiries.
Seek opportunities to improve work processes within established procedures.
Follow supervisor direction and escalate issues or questions as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of operations support experience (admin, clerical, receptionist, or similar), OR equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Professional demeanor and comfort working in a client-facing office environment.
This is a contingent position with potential for learning and growth in a collaborative advisory office setting.
