The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving beverages to patrons, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. **Responsibilities:**
- - - **Beverage Preparation:**
- - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Mix ingredients to create classic and specialty cocktails and other drinks.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and seasonal offerings.
- Accurately process drink orders and handle cash/credit transactions.
- **Customer Service:**

- Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about menu items and drink selections.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- **Bar Maintenance and Operations:**
- - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and equipment.
- Restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Bar Manager.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- **Teamwork:**
- - Collaborate with other bar staff and restaurant team members.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as serving food or bussing tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers.
**Qualifications:**
- - - Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
