What you will do...

The Concierge is responsible for providing general community information and responding to resident inquiries regarding, but not limited to: Resident Services, General Services, Information Technology, and Dining Services. The Concierge enters work orders, schedules the guest suite, manages new resident orientation, oversees the move-out process, assists with setting up transportation, and provides Front Desk Coverage. One year of customer service experience is preferred.
