Primary Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper are to thoroughly clean apartments as they are vacated in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete vacant cleans (and touch-ups) as scheduled ensuring highest quality standards in a timely manner.
- Report service requests needed on apartments and common
- Complete clean-up of the office, clubhouse, building common areas and facilities as scheduled by emptying trash, disinfecting the telephones, dusting, general cleaning and
- Inform supervisor of supplies needed in a timely
- Assist management/maintenance as
- Wear required uniform and maintain an appropriate
- Comply with all state/local laws and follow the company's policies and
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines including compliance with OSHA/Fair Housing requirements.
- Responsible for assisting other employees in any apartment management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Practical experience required; at least three months as housekeeper, preferably in the housing industry. Must speak and write English well enough to understand directions.
Salary: $20.00/hourly
