As a Customer Service Specialist, you will focus on process improvement, documentation, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing customer service processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalations: Manage open issues, ensuring timely resolution while escalating complex cases appropriately.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to improve service delivery, share best practices, and implement streamlined processes.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain clear process documentation, train team members on updated workflows, and ensure consistency in service operations.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track efficiency gains, and provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and resolution effectiveness.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 + years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with a customer service ticketing system required; experience with IFS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
