Anticipated Custodian - 2nd Shift

Duties:

Custodians provide and maintain a safe, secure, clean, and healthy environment for the students, staff, and community. In addition, the custodian keeps the district’s school buildings in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interruptions to the educational program.

Experience:

One year of institutional custodial experience is required.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to operate and use various custodial, maintenance and ground care equipment and products including forklifts. Ability to read basic operating instructions and safety labels. Effective communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide large numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Work Day: 3:00 p.m. through 11:30 p.m. (1/2 hr. unpaid lunch)

Work Year: 12 month position

Level: D minimum rate for 2024-2025 SY (plus shift differential)
