Must be able to follow established Indian food recipes and menu guidelines for food production and preparation. Ensure that an ample amount of food supply is ordered to meet all service requirements. Time food preparation to meet service schedules. Estimate food requirements to minimize waste. Present meals in an attractive and palatable manner. Maintain proper handling, storage, and refrigeration of food. Standardize recipes and determine portions needed. Ensure cleanliness of work are and equipment. Responsible for kitchen equipment and kitchen utensils knowledge. Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
