Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Airline Reservation Agent proficient in Apollo GDS to join dynamic team at corporate office in La Crescenta, California. This is an in-office position with excellent benefits, growth potential, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities: Book domestic and international airline, hotel and car rental reservations using Apollo GDS. Handle exchanges, reissues, voids, and refunds accurately. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. Maintain knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and fare rules. Work closely with travel agents and suppliers to ensure smooth booking processes. Stay up-to-date with industry changes, airline schedules, and travel advisories. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Apollo GDS (3 years other GDS). Strong knowledge of fare construction and ticketing procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
