Responsible for all food production in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort standards. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, monitoring tables for guest needs and duties requested by supervisor personnel, in an efficient courteous manner displaying a high standard of guest services.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one-year previous experience in a food venue or guest relations position preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
