**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Customer Interaction: Assist and greet all guests upon arrival and provide them with menus.
- Introduce servers to guests to maintain a seamless dining experience. - Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the efficiency of all restaurant activities.
- Menu and Inventory Management: Prepare and maintain all menu folders and insert appropriate leaflets as needed.
- Monitor the inventory of all supplies and assist in preparing purchase orders. - Maintain and update the floor plan, ensuring approval from the manager.
- Service Excellence: Manage service guidelines and maintain regular interaction with all guests to ensure a high level of service.
- Inform guests about menu specials and daily offerings.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with guests, managing all requests promptly and courteously.
- Support for assisting the manager in performing all duties related to guest service?

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Could you assist in training new employees when needed?
- Technical Skills: Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately to handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
**QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB**

High School Diploma
*Experience:*
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary front of the house
*Other:*
-Must have 2 years of restaurant experience
Must possess a valid ServSafe Food Handler Certification and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
