Painter/Utility Worker

Pay Rate Details: $15/hour

The location of this position is at 4677 Manufacturing Road, Cleveland, OH 44135.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

We are looking for a skilledPainterto join our team.The painter will be responsible for the taping,paintingand polishing of electric motors to prepare motor for final shipment.Responsibilities may include:

Prepping of parts (taping, scuffing to make sure paint adheres to part).

Proper use,cleaningand maintenance of spray gun.

Knowledge of proper ratios to mix paint.

Maintain safety paint log.

Maintaining offilters forVolatile organic compounds(VOCs).

Properly trained with hoist and safe lifting practices.

Ensure paint and supporting materials are stocked.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Must be clean shaven for respirator fit

Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful. High school diploma or equivalent course work in skilled crafts or trades training.

Must be a hands-on person capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to use mechanical tools, hand tools, electrical test equipment, measuring instruments, and be able to read blueprints.
