### Job Title: Dietary Food Service Worker (FSW) -- Full-Time

**Location:** Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus, Ohio

**Shift:** Full-Time, 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM), every other weekend

**Compensation:**

- $2/hr Attendance Bonus

- $2/hr Weekend Differential

**Job Summary:**

Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dietary Food Service Worker (FSW) to join our dietary team on a part-time basis. This position is essential in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and appealing meals in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.

- Assist with meal setup, including arranging food on trays and ensuring proper portion control.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.

- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of meals served.

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address dietary needs and preferences.

- Assist in planning and preparing special meals or snacks as needed.
