Hourly Pay: $20/hour + share of weekly tips
Overview:
We are hiring a Kitchen Lead to oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality, cleanliness,
and efficiency meet Chique-o-Lattes high standards. This role is ideal for someone hands-on,
detail-oriented, and passionate about kitchen culture and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the kitchen team during prep and service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
Train and mentor kitchen staff on recipes, prep standards, and sanitation
Collaborate with Cafe Manager on weekly food orders and supply management
Contribute to recipe development and quality control
Ensure smooth execution of kitchen operations throughout all shifts
Requirements:
3+ years in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, prep flow, and cleaning routines
Leadership mindset with ability to train and coach others
High attention to detail and consistency
Able to work weekends and early hours as needed
Compensation & Perks:
$20/hour base
Weekly share of pooled tips based on hours worked
