SUMMARY: Prepares, cooks and serves a variety of foods for patients, Café guests, catering events and Meals on Wheels participants in accordance with safety, sanitation and service standards.
Required Education/Training: Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
Required Experience: Cooking experience
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Clay County Food Handler permit or ServSafe certification within 30 days
Preferred Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience: Two (2) years institutional cooking experience
