Dishwasher / Busser

This is a part-time position Wednesday through Sunday. No Evenings

We are looking for a friendly and efficient bus person/dishwasher.

Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and showing them to their table.
Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set.
Clearing tables and bussing to the kitchen
Washing plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans.
Mopping and sweeping front and back of the house.
Helping cooks with occasional food preparation.
Rolling silverware and organizing condiments
Strictly adhering to food, sanitary, and safety regulations.

Qualification Standards

Ability to move up to 50lbs.
Flexible with reliable transportation.
Team player.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
Restaurant experience preferred.
