Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Food Trailer Service Worker to join our mobile food operation. This fast-paced position involves preparing food, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, operating the trailer, and delivering top-notch service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications
Operate cooking equipment safely and cleanly
Maintain cleanliness of the trailer, including food prep surfaces and equipment
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Assist with setup and breakdown of the trailer at events or locations
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

Previous food service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Must be comfortable working in a small, dynamic space
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Work Environment: This job is primarily indoors and may involve exposure to various weather conditions. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and special events.
