Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Residential House Cleaner to join the Diana Blessed Touch LLC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing thorough and efficient cleaning services in various residential homes, ensuring each client's specific needs and our company's high standards of cleanliness are met. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a tangible difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, following Diana Blessed Touch LLC's established cleaning checklists and client preferences. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Dusting all surfaces (furniture, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, picture frames, etc.)
* Vacuuming and/or mopping all floor surfaces (carpets, rugs, hardwood, tile, laminate)
* Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms (toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, countertops, mirrors)
* Deep cleaning and sanitizing of kitchens (countertops, sinks, stovetops, exterior of appliances, cabinet fronts)
* Emptying trash and recycling bins
* Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces
* Wiping down doors, door frames, and light switches
* Making beds and changing linens (if requested by client)
* Polishing and shining fixtures and chrome.
* Handle all cleaning solutions and equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding their cleaning needs and any issues observed.
* Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards encountered in client homes to management.
* Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within allotted timeframes.
* Adhere strictly to Diana Blessed Touch LLC's policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
* Maintain a professional, courteous, and trustworthy demeanor at all times.
* Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to and from various client homes within the service area.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in residential house cleaning or a similar professional cleaning role preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and best practices for different surfaces.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of cleanliness.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Must possess a valid Florida driver's license and have reliable transportation. (This is critical for traveling to client homes).
* Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning, including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies/equipment (up to 25-30 lbs) for extended periods.
* Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.
