How you will make an impact:
Village Shores is seeking a customer-service-driven Dining Server Lead to manage the front of the house operations. As a lead, you will hire, train, and schedule servers to ensure the highest level of service in the dining room. Imagine the smiles on the residents faces when they are delighted by your kindness to them during lunch and dinner.
Schedule Varys: Both weekdays and weekends required, 10:30 am-7:00 pm.
What you will need:
- Must be able to read and write at a 9th grade level.
- Minimum age requirements-18 years old
- At least one year of supervisor experience in a restaurant, food service, or health-related industry
