CTG is seeking to fill a Front Desk Receptionist opening for our client in Albany, NY.**
**Location:** Albany, NY
**Duration:** 3 years
**Duties:**
+ Welcome all visitors and ensure compliance with site visitor and security protocols
+ Collect and process visitor forms; maintain accuracy in the visitor database
+ Coordinate Wi-Fi access requests and ensure timely fulfillment
+ Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to office operations
+ Maintain office and printer supplies and place orders as needed
+ Retrieve, sort, and distribute daily mail
+ Organize and manage package deliveries from UPS, FedEx, etc., and notify recipients
+ Coordinate with UPS for shipping supplies, maintaining the IBM account number for reference
+ Act as liaison for site maintenance requests and follow up as necessary
+ Ensure all client forms are accurately completed and processes are followed
**Skills:**
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
**Experience:**
+ Previous front desk or administrative experience in a professional setting preferred
+ Familiarity with visitor management systems and office operations
**Education:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
