As the Event Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and executing monthly meetings and the annual conference. Your work as an Event Coordinator will include several components:
- Event Logistics: Plan and execute monthly meetings and the annual conference, managing all logistical aspects including venue, vendors, and schedules.
- Attendee Engagement: Build relationships with attendees through effective communication and personalized interactions.
- Sponsorship Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, managing sponsorship involvement and support.
- Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while delivering exceptional experiences.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize Eventbrite, HubSpot, and Outlook to streamline event logistics, registrations, and communications.
Our ideal Event Coordinator has the following qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in event planning and coordination, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to navigate event challenges and ensure smooth execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
