Full time - AM Barista/Server

**Job Summary:**

Hotel Cleveland is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable **Full-Time AM Barista/Server** to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This dual-role position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality coffee and breakfast service to our guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Barista Duties:**

+ Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detail

+ Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment

+ Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized coffee station

+ Upsell pastries, breakfast items, and specialty beverages

+ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Server Duties:**

+ Greet guests promptly and warmly in the restaurant or lobby dining area

+ Take and deliver breakfast orders accurately and efficiently

+ Answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and accommodate dietary needs when possible

+ Set and clear tables, restock service stations, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area

+ Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service

**Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience as a barista and/or server in a hotel, cafe, or restaurant preferred

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail

+ Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

**Schedule:**

+ Full-time

+ Morning shifts typically begin between 5:30 AM 6:00 AM
