Starting Pay for Adults: $11 to $14 an hour, based on experience and availability. Positions are open throughout the Dayton area, with great opportunities for advancement.

As a Crew Person, your responsibilities may include:
+ Greeting customers with a friendly smile
+ Taking accurate food orders
+ Preparing McDonalds World-Famous food, including cooking, frying, and grilling
+ Working with the Crew and Managers to hit shift goals
+ Keeping the restaurant clean
+ Stocking items to ensure everythings ready when needed
