Crew Member-FT- Culvers (OMJ/MC)

Culvers of West Carrolton is looking for full time and part time Crew Members to join the team (front and back of the house).

-School Hours

-Weekends

Essential Functions

Provide friendly guest service and hospitality.

Addresses guest comments promptly with a courteous positive and empathetic attitude.

Prepares quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.

Team player with a can-do attitude.

Act with integrity and honesty.

Always follow company safety standards and look out for the safety of other team members and guests.

Reports to each shift on time and in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. Maintains a neat, well-groomed appearance including personal hygiene, hair restraint and jewelry restrictions.

Follow established restaurant practices and procedures.

Perform primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately.

Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
