Summary

As a Team Member at Jersey Mike's, you will be an essential part of our mission to provide customers with the highest quality subs while delivering exceptional service. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality sub sandwiches according to Jersey Mike's standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or fast-casual dining preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is a plus.
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
