**Our Baristas** are the heart and soul of Tap Culture Coffee. You create, support, and defend our culture every day. You love people, love coffee, and want to make a positive difference in our customers' lives.

**Valuable Experience and Requirements:**

- Previous coffee shop experience valuable but not required

- Generally available for shifts between 530am - 5pm

- Available for Saturday work and occasional evenings for special events and mobile coffee events

**Responsibilities:**

- Arrives on time and ready to work

- Is well groomed and neatly dressed according to company dress code

- Greets customers with a smile and gratitude

- Serves customers in a quick and professional manner

- Educates and guides customers through their drink decisions

- Makes all drinks from memory - quickly, consistently and with excellence

- Prioritizes keeping a clean work and service area at all times

- Recognizes possible problems with equipment and handles the issue or engages a co-worker or manager that can
