**What You'll Do:**

- Clean and maintain classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas

- Help prepare spaces for events and activities

- Perform minor repairs and report larger issues as needed

- Assist with deliveries and inventory of supplies

- Clear walkways of snow and ice during winter months

- Ensure safety and security of the building during your shift

- Support students and staff by keeping facilities clean and comfortable

**What We're Looking For:**

- High school diploma or GED

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Willingness to work flexible hours or occasional evenings

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cleaning equipment

- A team player with a positive attitude

- Must pass a background check and maintain a drug-free workplace

**Work Environment:**

This role includes both indoor and outdoor work and may require tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting, and using various tools. You'll interact with students, staff, and community members, so professionalism and communication skills are important.

Pay: $19.18 - $23.50 per hour
