A US Based Freight Exchange and Provider of Transportation Information serving the United States is interested in hiring a Customer Service Representative to their team in Beaverton, Oregon! This position is hybrid, a schedule of 5am 1pm Mon - Fri after training, and paying $20/hr. Description Inbound customer service team. Team for Business to Business Calls. This is not a position calling the general public. As a Customer Service Rep you are - Develops strong relationships with customers and ensures timely payments. Strong communicator who takes a proactive approach to working with customers and teams to resolve issues. Driven and motivated to research and analyze challenges to help find solutions. Detail oriented and highly organized to ensure all tasks are completed. As a Customer Service Rep you will - Manage customer accounts, receiving and accurately posting payments. Inform customers about the status of their accounts in a timely manner. Collect payments from customers to bring overdue accounts current. Investigate billing related questions and work directly with customers to resolve any issues. Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of success working in a billing or call center is strongly preferred. Strong familiarity with Salesforce preferred. Intermediate skills working with other CRM will also be considered. Intermediate understanding of credit and collections systems and procedures is strongly preferred.
