Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners**

**Overview:**

As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards. Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.

Linen and Supply Management: Change bed linens and make beds in guest rooms. Replenish amenities, towels, and other supplies as needed. Ensure all areas have adequate stock of cleaning materials and guest supplies.

Attention to Detail: Conduct detailed inspections of rooms to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate personnel for immediate resolution.

Sanitization and Safety: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment. Adhere to all health regulations and organizational policies.

Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address any guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously. Uphold the company's reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to complete assignments within designated timeframes. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, room occupancy status, and any noteworthy incidents. Submit reports to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.

Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and lift or move items up to 25 pounds. Willingness to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

Flexibility: Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's scheduling needs.
