About the Role:
As Floor Manager, you will be the driving force behind our guest experience and daily
operations. You'll oversee all FOH functions, manage and mentor staff, coordinate with the
kitchen and event teams, and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
We're looking for someone who can lead with integrity, elevate the customer experience, and support long-term growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations with hands-on leadership
  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage FOH staff
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with strong communication and accountability
  • Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and events team to ensure smooth operations and special events
  • Monitor inventory, labor, and compliance
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
  • Support marketing, social media, and promotional initiatives

Must be trustworthy, reliable, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and discretion

Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in a management role in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
Experience with wine list development, wine purchasing, and wine sales; strong
knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of improving service and operational efficiency, Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and restaurant software
Passion for hospitality, culture, and creating memorable dining experiences
