As Chef de Cuisine of Bresca, a one Michelin star restaurant you would be responsible for the overall culinary operations and maintaining the high standards expected of a Michelin-recognized establishment. This role requires a blend of exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership, and keen business acumen. Key responsibilities include:
  • Menu development and execution, ensuring creativity, quality, and consistency in every dish.
  • Managing the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintaining food quality and safety standards, adhering to health regulations and Michelin guidelines.
  • Controlling food and labor costs and inventory, optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborating with the restaurant management team to achieve financial goals and enhance the dining experience.
  • Staying updated with culinary trends and techniques, continuously innovating and improving the restaurant's offerings.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)
