Harpoon Brewerys new location in Manchester, NH is looking for an energetic and friendly Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the face of the taproom, youll be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating flow, and ensuring a smooth start to their experience with us.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for hospitality, local beer, and good vibes.

Barrel One Collective (B1C) is a family of independently operated craft breweries and hospitality venues. At Harpoon, were committed to great beer, welcoming spaces, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Greet all guests warmly and sincerely as they enter the taproom

• Manage waitlist and seating flow to ensure smooth service and minimal delays

• Communicate effectively with servers and managers about guest needs, party sizes, and table status

• Answer basic questions about Harpoon beers and food offerings

• Help maintain a clean and organized host stand, entrance, and guest waiting area

• Provide thoughtful, engaging, and helpful service that reflects our values

• Be flexible and willing to jump in to support the team as needed

• Someone with great energy, a friendly attitude, and a customer-first mindset

• Comfortable speaking with guests and managing busy entry flow

• Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive during peak times

• Prior restaurant or brewery host experience is a plus, but not required

• A team player whos eager to learn and pitch in wherever needed

• Must be 21+ years of age

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling (weekends and evenings required)
