Automation Personnel Services is looking for a receptionist for a company based in Oldsmar, FL . In this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering multi-line phone calls, transferring calls to the correct department, greeting clients , and other related duties. Pay Rate
$ 15 .00-16.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 :3 0 am to 5 : 00 pm. Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phone calls and d irecting visitors to the correct offic e/ department.
• Processing bills and helping customers with questions about services.
• Organizing files for billing, client records, reports, etc.
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner .
• Communicate with vendors regarding any problems or issues with materials, delivery status, etc.

Receptionist Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors , and other employees.
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly .
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete clerical tasks throughout the day .
