Flexible schedule, great tips and good food! Overview:Server/Bartender is responsible for serving food and beverages efficiently and friendly. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, speed, and adherence to alcohol safety guidelines.Server/Bartender contributes to a high-energy, fun atmosphere while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Greeting guests warmly and provide them with menus, water and silverware. Be a Host as well as a Server upselling food & beverage, making helpful suggestions, answering questions, remembering names or favorite choices, offering a friendly smile and maybe even a weather forecast or a local attraction suggestion is all part of the job. Be a Friendly Face arriving at work on time to get the restaurant/bar set up and ready to open or take over for your fellow team members. Keeping areas clean and attractive throughout your shift. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Be a Food Professional understand the food and beverage you are serving so you know what you are speaking about; offer prompt, excellent service to create a wonderful dining experience for the guest. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the timely service of meals. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area and server area in the kitchen. At closing, cleaning duties floors, tables, bathrooms as well as side work duties. are also part of your role. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Restock beverages, ice, and supplies as needed. Handle cash and POS transactions securely and efficiently. Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately. Verify guest age and ID for alcohol purchases.Qualifications: Previous server/bartending experience preferred, enthusiasm, personality and the ability to learn are really all you need. Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol (18 years old) Rass Alcohol Certification within 60 days of hire Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment. Strong teamwork and communicati
