Route Cleaner (Evening/Night Shift 1099 Contractor)

Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, MondaySaturday depending on assignment

Location: Multiple commercial locations across the Phoenix Metro Area

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Route Cleaners to perform janitorial services at various commercial sites throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is a mobile position requiring travel between assigned sites, using your own reliable transportation (gas reimbursement provided weekly).

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general commercial cleaning duties at each assigned location, including but not limited to:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Restroom sanitation and replenishing supplies
Trash collection and disposal
Dusting and general surface cleaning
Follow route schedule to complete each site in a timely, professional manner
Maintain quality and consistency across all serviced locations
Communicate any site issues or supply needs to management
Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly

Requirements:
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Willingness to drive between multiple job sites each shift
Ability to work independently and self-manage
Available for evening/night work, typically between 5:00 PM midnight
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
1099 contractor (not an employee); must be eligible to work as a contractor
