THE JOB:
As a Busser, you will be essential in crafting an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will play an active role in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that guests are happy and their needs are addressed promptly

THE STARTING RATE: $10.80 + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service.

• Polish flatware and set tables with the appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories. Properly fold napkins and ensure ashtrays are clean and available in designated smoking areas

• Monitor table availability and maintain constant communication with Servers, Hosts, and Management to facilitate efficient table turnover

• Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed.

• Ensure the dining room floor remains clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Capable of lifting trays, standing for long periods, and moving swiftly in a high-energy steakhouse and casino environment

• Collaborates closely with servers and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service and efficient table turnover

• Has knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

• Has one (1) year experience as a busser in a similar setting (preferred)
