Dishwasher/Prep Cook Role

We re looking for a dependable, fast-moving team member to join our kitchen crew in a combined role. You'll play a critical part in keeping our operations smooth supporting both sanitation and prep to ensure guests get fast, fresh, and safe food.

Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing not limited to:
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sinks, and floors
Take out trash and recycling as needed
General maintenance of the building: Restroom, Kitchen area, Garage area, and Parking lot
Use a commercial dish machine

Food Prep not limited to:
Assist with cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients
Prepare sauces, garnishes, and simple items as directed

Follow proper food safety and storage procedures
Support Tasks
Restock stations with clean equipment and utensils
Help with end-of-day cleaning and closing duties
Communicate any issues to the kitchen lead or manager
