CUSTODIAN GROUP LEADER-ATHL-NB Rutgers University

Position Summary:

• Leads, oversees, and trains a small group of Custodians in the performance of routine custodial duties and basic maintenance and repair of related University facilities and equipment.
• Assumes responsibility for a building, a group of buildings, or a campus sector.
• Maintains inventories, work orders and other written forms.
• Performs all duties of a Custodian as required.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Two (2) years of experience in custodial work.
• Valid driver's license and two years of driving experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to read floor plans and operate equipment to set up bleachers.
• Must be able to operate hydraulic basketball backstop.

Special Conditions:

• Clean Driving Record.
