Prep Cook
- Will Bake items such as breads, pastries, etc.
- Will assist cooks in prepping meats and vegetables for cooking/grilling
- Will assist in brewing coffee/tea.
- Will assist in assembling the foods for serving
- Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers.
- Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
- Perform general cleaning activities in the kitchenarea.
- **Experience a plus

- In person, at the restaurant, located at 498 Harrison Ave. Franklin, NC 28734. **NOTE - Best time to come in is between 10am and 11am or after 1:30pm.
