Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes. Engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, restocking supplies, garnishes, and utensils as needed. Collaborate with the barback, kitchen, and waitstaff teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications A minimum of 6 months experience. Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays. Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law). Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written). Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles) Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions.
