Bartender

Essential Functions:

• Performs opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area to

include stocking bar, maintaining sanitation guidelines, and setting

up hors d' oeuvres for happy hour

• Prepares and courteously serves residents and guests beverages and

closes out tickets as drinks are served. Is responsible for ensuring

that all tickets have a correct signature on them

• Notify Dir. of LE or any malfunctioning bar equipment
• The ability to work in a safe and alert manner
• The ability to take ownership for associate's safety and the safety

of the residents

• Must disclose any medication that might impair associate's ability

to perform the job safely or competently.

Non-Essential Functions:

Enrichment activities when able

• Completes all required courses in adherence with HRA University
• Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on

a regular, predictable basis

using the Safe Return program or equivalent
