Qualifications:

Applicant must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a valid health card. Must pass a State Competency Test if applicant has not held a prior position within the classification for the job posting and have or obtain a Food Handler's Card.

Applicant must be able to prepare and serve meals, interepret menus, make reports, prepare requisitions for supplies, order equipment and repairs for food service program of schools.

Salary:

Based on experience and education level per Pocahontas County Schools salary schedule. See pocahontascountyschoolswv.sites.thrillshare.com for pay scales and benefits information.

Term of Employment:

Effective for the 2025-2026 school year for 200 days and term shall be 200 days each year thereafter.

Shift being: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Fiday)
