As a Kitchen Team Member, you will contribute to food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. As a Front of House Team Member, you will provide outstanding customer service, take orders, serve food, and maintain a clean dining area. Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Team Member:

Assist in food preparation and cooking, following standardized recipes and safety guidelines.

Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stoves.

Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and properly disposing of waste.

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and adapt to menu changes.

Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.

Front of House Team Member:

Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist them with orders.

Take accurate customer orders and process transactions.

Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality standards.

Keep the dining area clean, stocked, and organized.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old (age may vary by location).

Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
