- Ensures exemplary guest service through all forms of service including carving stations, bartending and running food during events.
- Replenishes products and supplies in compliance with event standards.
- Ensures events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up and breaking down, and returning equipment to designated storage areas in compliance with event standards and instructions.

- Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands; a valid driver's license would be required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, stressful environments.
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
- Two years of driving history.
- Previous experience in catering and/or fine dining environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, carry, push/pull food and beverage items, and catering equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Some evening and weekend hours are required, must be willing to work with a varying/flexible schedule based on catering business fluctuations.
