Cleaner Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner with experience in cleaning and flooring within commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operating industrial floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners. Responsibilities Operate carpet extractor and truck mount carpet cleaner. Utilize floor buffers for cleaning and maintenance. Perform spot cleaning on carpets. Work with cleaning chemicals safely and effectively. Apply floor chemicals as needed. Reapply epoxy coating and scrape off old coatings from floors. Essential Skills Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners. Proficient in janitorial duties including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Flexibility to work evening shifts. Work Environment The work environment includes working primarily during late 2nd shifts (4 pm - 12 am or 5 pm - 1 am), with occasional morning and weekend shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
