This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms including cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Maintenance of common areas including lobbies, hallways and break rooms. This involves cleaning and organizing these spaces, removing clutter, and ensuring they are presentable and inviting. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and buffers. Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed. Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, leaks, or malfunctions, to the appropriate personnel for repair or replacement. Follow safety procedures and guidelines including using protective equipment, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials. Additional cleaning tasks as needed, such as deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, or windows, as well as assisting with post-construction cleanup or event setup and takedown.
