Job Summary:
Part-time Bartenders ensure that members have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Bartenders work in front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware in a timely manner. They are responsible for all aspects of bar service, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness of the environment.
Essential Functions:
Serve alcohol responsibly
Knowledge of types of beer, wines, and liquors
Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes
Ring food and drink orders into computer
Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation of bar, glassware, and serve ware
Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO)
Provide good customer service
Qualification Standards:
Must be 21 years or older
Education: At least High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience required.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Lift 20lbs
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Lift a minimum of 20lbs
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including but not limited to, wind, sun, heat and cold.
Ability to work during varied hours of the day and days of the week
Strong command of the English language
General availability:
Monday-Saturday 10am-11pm
Sunday 7am-11pm
