Description:

Full time, year-round Head Custodian at Red Oak Elementary School.

Pay & Benefits:

The starting pay is $23.20-$24.53 based on experience. Position will also receive stipends for having the appropriate license/building size. A competitive benefit package is also available and includes the following-

Job Summary:

Individual coordinates work of building custodians; implements and follows preventive maintenance program; maintains budget and records, repairs equipment, and is responsible for the overall condition of the building and grounds. Report to the Buildings and Grounds Manager and Red Oak School Principal. Individual must be knowledgeable and experienced in HVAC, minor electrical, outside landscaping and plumbing. Individual must be able to multi task and respond to emergencies during off-work hours. Must be able to supervise and direct work of other employees. Must be able to operate a computer on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

Must have, or be willing to get a 1st Class boilers license and pool license.

Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

Lifting, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, keyboarding, etc.

Individual must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
